About HIFCE

As the world's first expo focused on cultivating the supply chain of tropical ingredients, the first HIFCE was supported by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Hainan Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It was hosted by the China Food Industry Association, the China Cuisine Association, the Hainan Food Production and Distribution Association, and Haishihui Exhibition Group (Hainan) Co., Ltd. The theme of the HIFCE is "Focusing on International and Domestic Good Food Ingredients, Building a Dual Circulation Trade Platform". Based on the two "headquarters" bases in Hainan, we will strengthen the interconnection and mutual sharing of international and domestic markets, further promote the expansion of international market opening space for Hainan Free Trade Port, and deepen industrial integration and symbiosis.

The scale of the HIFCE exhibition is 50000 square meters, and it will create four characteristic exhibition halls (International Ingredients Hall, Brand Image Hall, Tropical Boutique Ingredients Hall, and Tropical Ingredients Supply Chain Hall), eighteen exhibition areas, international exhibitors gathering, thousands of brands, and tens of thousands of exhibits.
