On September 5th, Ma Chunying, Secretary General of the Beijing Food Association, and Qiu Yu, Deputy General Manager of Hainan Jingliang Holdings Co., Ltd., visited the Hainan Food Production and Distribution Association for in-depth and friendly exchanges on the cooperation matters of the first Hainan International Tropical Food Supply Chain Expo in 2023.

Tang Jiechun, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Hainan Food Production and Distribution Association, and relevant leaders of the Organizing Committee of the Sea Food Association warmly welcomed them. Secretary General Tang Jiechun and Secretary General Ma Chunying respectively introduced their respective associations and hoped to leverage the advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port to achieve more cooperation.

Secretary General Ma Chunying attaches great importance to this cooperation and stated that this Expo provides a good platform for display and cooperation. I hope that through this cooperation, we can provide broader channels for communication and exchange between the two associations, as well as trade exchanges between enterprises in the two regions. Through the exhibition platform, we can bring good ingredients from Hainan to Beijing, and let good ingredients from Beijing's time-honored brands enter the Hainan and international markets.

The Beijing Food Association was established in April 1982, and its member units have gathered the backbone of the Beijing food industry. In the past forty years of development, it has made important contributions in improving the construction of the food processing system, food strategic planning, promoting the development of the food industry, and prospering the capital market.

The first Hainan International Tropical Food Supply Chain Expo (hereinafter referred to as "HIFCE") in 2023 is supported by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Hainan Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the China Fisheries Association. It is jointly organized by the China Food Industry Association, the China Cuisine Association, the Hainan Food Production and Distribution Association, and the Haishi Fair Exhibition Group (Hainan) Co., Ltd. The exhibition will be held from October 12 to 15, 2023 at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Haishi Fair is committed to building a new pattern of international and domestic dual circulation trade with ingredients as the core, which is also a provincial-level key exhibition project determined by the Hainan Provincial People's Government for 2023.

The first HIFCE covers an exhibition area of 50000 square meters, with a total of 2500 international standard booths, divided into 4 exhibition halls and 18 exhibition areas. The exhibition focuses on international and domestic good ingredients, creating a dual circulation trade platform, and adopts the form of exhibition+forum+summit+event+celebrity support+e-commerce live broadcast. It will collaborate with RCEP member countries such as Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, as well as more than 20 countries and regions including Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan to jointly create a high-end, professional, and branded global industry event.
