Notice and Rules for Recommended Builders Entering Into Service Channels of Exhibitions Hosted by Haishihui

Criteria for Builders Recommended

1) Application for recommended builder services must possess the exhibition engineering qualification of Haikou Exhibition Industry Association. The recommended builder will provide exhibition needs services to customers of Haishihui Exhibition Group (Hainan) Co., Ltd. Based on fair and legal principals. All commercial activities shall be based on the agreement reached by both parties, and the organizer shall not be responsible for any commercial activities.

3) Platform service period: During the exhibition period hosted by the organizer of Haishihui Group.

4) Party A participating in the Party B’s exhibition shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of Haikou City and the exhibition regulations of Party B’s. If Party A violates the regulations and exhibition regulations, resulting in adverse consequences, Party B has the right to terminate the online service and restrict Party A from participating in the online service and offline exhibition again in the future.

5) If Party A participates in exhibitions not organized by Party B, in violation of regulations and laws, resulting in adverse consequences, Party B has the right to terminate online services and restrict Party A’s future participation in online services and offline exhibitions hosted by Party B after being criticized by the exhibition organizer or exhibition association.

6) Other rules shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the online service contract.

Criteria for Specially Recommended Builders

Qualifications & Requirements for  Specially Recommended Builders

1) Participated in more than 2 fairs hosted by Haishihui Group, with excellent case studies as proof.

2) Units that have participated in various activities organized by Haishihui Group and won awards.

3) Has made outstanding contributions in green construction and environmental protection of exhibition booths, such as design patents and other award-winning experiences.

4) The annual turnover is over 30 million yuan, and the company has a scale of more than 30 formal employees.

5) There have been no safety production accidents in the past three years.

6) Applications for recommended builder services must possess the exhibition engineering qualification of Haikou Exhibition Industry Association.

7) Among the above requirements, items 5)-6) are necessary conditions, and at least 2 items must be met in items 1)~4).
